Ways of Doing: Prompts
Ways of Doing is a monthly creative challenge that you can take part in from the comfort of your own home! Each month, we’ll release a prompt for you to respond creatively to. You can paint, collage, doodle, write, photograph – whatever you are drawn to do! The idea is to celebrate the diversity of what being creative means. And we’ll also get that warm, fuzzy feeling that being part of a creative community can bring!
Here we go! July’s #WaysOfDoing theme is ‘THE SEA’.
The sea has been an inspiration to so many artists throughout the centuries and there’s a lot of scope for different ways to respond to this theme. Photography, embroidery, painting, a piece of music, sketching, collage, printing, poetry, prose...the list goes on!
Once you’ve created your response, share it on Instagram or email it to info@waysofseeing.art with image details and we’ll be sure to respond. We’ll also share highlights each month on here and on Instagram.
